Glen Innes Severn Council uses the electronic tendering system through Tenderlink. To download tender documents, you'll need to register with Tenderlink. Registration is free.

Tenders will be called when it is anticipated that expenditure will be greater than $250,000 (including GST) over the life of the contract. This system improves the tendering cycle and reduces the cost of tendering for both potential suppliers and Glen Innes Severn Council.

Respondents to Quotations, Tenders or Expression of Interest (EOI) should ensure that their submissions satisfy the requirements in the invitation documents.

Council is now using VendorPanel to provide opportunities for local and regional providers.

Tender - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION SCANNING AND DIGITISATION SERVICES

Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced suppliers to complete Scanning and Digitisation Services.

The proposal documents are available for download only by the Glen Innes Severn Council TenderLink Platform. The contact person for this request for Scanning and Digitisation Services is available within the Request For Quotation (RFQ) documents for procurement questions and via the TenderLink forum for specification questions, which closes 5 days prior to closing the submissions.

Submissions will close 2pm on 12 August 2024.
