Council aspires to make the volunteer experience an enjoyable and rewarding one while encouraging personal and professional development. Council provides a supportive and safe working environment for its volunteers and understands the value of volunteers' commitment to our Local Government Area.

How can I get involved?

Those wishing to become a volunteer can complete a Volunteer Application Form(PDF, 23KB) and a Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement(PDF, 301KB), and read the Volunteer Policy(PDF, 497KB) and the Volunteer Handbook(PDF, 830KB)

Council currently accepts volunteers in the following areas of its operations:
