Effective Monday, 3 February 2025, all customer services for Glen Innes Severn Council will be provided from the Town Hall office, located at 265 Grey Street, Glen Innes.
As part of this change, customer services currently offered at the Church Street office will be relocated to the Town Hall office, ensuring uninterrupted service for our community.
As a result, the Church Street office will no longer be open to the public for customer services or financial transactions. However, meetings by appointment with staff for services, including pre-development meetings, will continue to be available at Church Street.

Please continue to submit all development applications through the NSW Planning Portal.
Pre-Development Meetings:
- "Drop-in" services at Council’s Church Street Office are no longer available.
- Pre-development meetings can be requested through the Town Hall office or by calling (02) 6730 2300.
- Meetings will still take place at the Church Street office but only by appointment after booking is confirmed.
