In response to community interest, we are pleased to advise that Glen Innes Aquatic Centre will remain open until 30 April 2025, extending the usual season beyond the 31 March closure date.
Please note – this extension does not apply to Emmaville Pool, which is set to close on 31 March.
The additional month will particularly benefit local students who have successfully qualified for zone and state swimming events, giving them crucial extra training time. It also provides the wider community with more opportunities to make the most of the pool before the colder months set in.
April 2025 opening hours at Glen Innes Aquatic Centre:
- Monday – Friday: 6:30 am – 12:00 pm
- Weekends: Closed (however, watch this space – weather permitting, we may open on the first weekend of the school holidays!)
Please note: Season passes will cease as normal on 31 March, and standard entry fees will apply as per Council’s fees and charges.
