Nomination Forms for Community Committees of Council

If you wish to nominate for membership of a Community Committee of Council, please complete the Nomination for Membership form(DOCX, 38KB). 

Completed nomination forms can be presented at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or if unable to attend the meeting on the day they can be:

In Person to the Town Hall Office at 265 Grey Street, Glen Innes NSW 2370

Please ensure nomination forms are received prior to the AGM of the relevant Community Committee of Council if you are unable to attend the AGM.
